Hey there! I’m Maeve, your events guru and the face behind The Planning Station!

My events career began here in Sydney 15 years ago, working on corporate and sporting events across Australia before I relocated to the UK for 5 years and ventured into the global events arena, working on the planning and event delivery of tradeshows, roadshows, and conferences throughout the UK, Europe, Middle East, Asia Pacific, and the Americas.

As your dedicated event planner, it’s my job to take the pressure of organising off you and look after ALL the pieces of the planning puzzle and those finer details, so you get a successful and impactful event (the kind people talk about for years to come)!
